Where to get fishing licenses

In most cases, licenses purchased online or over the phone will reach you by mail within 10 days or you may pick up your license at a sales agent location or Colorado Parks and Wildlife park or office. A temporary authorization number TAN can be used until the license s are received in the mail. The TAN is currently valid for 45 days after date of purchase.
